As a serial entrepreneur, Arturo has started, bought and sold over 50 companies across 17 different industries over the past 25+ years.  This has given him a unique understanding vast idiosyncrasies in leadership and management styles, all the while successfully meshing their culture, team’s effectiveness and company’s productivity. 

As an Executive, he restructured a bloated State Owned Oil and Gas Company’s procurement function, spread out across 123 purchasing units that wielded a budget of $25 Billion, into an efficient centralized procurement division accomplishing the “buy in” from 4 independent multi-billion operating subsidiaries and a recalcitrant “union”, and in the process achieved over $2.5 billion in savings.  He also led a restructuring and corporate takeover through a proxy fight of another multimillion company that had all the makings of a Hollywood movie, and took it Public as the “cherry on the cake”.

Arturo has 3 Master’s degrees, an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Double Masters (Double MA) in International Relations and Communications from Boston University which has allowed to center his expertise in Leadership, Management and Strategy with a balance for Effective Communication in national and International backdrops.

In his insatiable quest to understand people and success, Arturo became Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and as a Life Coach with a successful coaching business.
